Yes, it's worth the selling price.

Desirability:
Not much sex appeal -- this is a workhorse amplifier designed for the pro/semi-pro market.

Sound:
Sound is decent, gets quite loud. There's a little hiss at high volumes, but nothing anywhere near troublesome.Construction quality is excellent (10), and it looks as if the device may be easily modified by a qualified DIY with better op-amps and such.

Support:
Made in the USA by a well known (pro audio) US company

Overall:
I'll be completely satisfied unless/until I decide to go to an "audiophile" type amp with much better specs (and correspondingly outrageous price)
