Sound:
Just spend some time reading the manual, and voil??! All the sounds are tweakable, so don??t get frustrated if you don??t like the presets (I do like most of them). A couple of knob adjustment and you??re right were you want to.

Ease of Use:
Once you get a hold on this beauty, and understand the way it works, it??s a snap.

Support:
Never had to deal with them. Rock solid build.

Overall:
Won??t need another pedal for sure...well I want one for backup!
