Ashdown Electric Blue bass amplification loads legendary Ashdown tone into an affordable new amp head and a pair of high-performance, high-value combos. The EB 12-180 1 x 12 in. combo uses a 180 Watts RMS fan-cooled fast-transient power stage, and a fully-featured bass preamplifier with inputs for both active and passive instruments, a �VU style� LED input level meter, 5 band EQ with Bright and Deep switches, a front panel-mounted balanced DI output for connection to a PA or recording console, an FX loop, a tuner/line output and the classic Ashdown sub-harmonic generator.

Feature:
this has every thing i need and more. the effects loop is a great feature and the VU gage is really helpfull when playing really loud music. the sub-harmonic generator creats a semi-tube sound that really fills out the high notes. i just love this amp!

Quality:
this amp is rugged beyond beliefe! it's been droped a few times and had extreamly heavy stuff piled on it and it still keeps comeing. shoot... i jumped off it once and managed to put a hole in my drummers wall but it still kept going.

Value:
it's worth every penny. cant get a bette ramp for the price.

Desirability:
this amp is almost as sexy as me!

Sound:
this amp rocks! i got this amp to keep up with my drummer who was drownding me out but now i find my self haveing to turn it down at times. the sound is great the sub-harmonics really fill out the sound. it gets a little fuzzy if absoultly cranked but i never had to go that high (i just wanted to).

Overall:
this amp rocks.
