Feature:
i wish i came with a bcrich strap, especially since i need it for gigs. um it just came with some picks and strings, thats it.

Quality:
well mine has a small ding on the back, i didnt send it back cause you can't see it. but the guitar is beautiful, and plays so nicely.

Value:
This is a great deal, if your looking for a bass, and like a cool, destinctive bass, GET THIS!

Desirability:
This guitar is HOT! i slept with it the first night i had it. if you get this you will have the coolest guitar out of all your friends, and will stand out at gigs if you do that.

Sound:
The sound is up there...i have a more expensive bc rich and it sounds better so this one gets a 9. still very nice sound.

Support:
the guy on the phone was nice

Overall:
Well, i have a BC rich nj series bass, so between those two basses i am completely satisfied with it until it just doesnt work well. This product was much cheaper then the other basses at this level, and is wayyyy cooler
