Feature:
came with carrying case and footswitch. easy editing and wide range of sounds. an on off switch would be nice.

Quality:
well, it's plastic but who cares, this isn't something your gonna stomp on anyway. it works.

Value:
This item is definately worth the money. it really helped me build my home studio.

Desirability:
it looks ok, probably won't pick up any chicks with it. I needed a good bass DI and this thing does it beautifully, and also has awesome effects for guitar.

Sound:
Awesome as a bass DI. has decent guitar sound too, especially the clean with effects.

Support:
haven't had to deal with them.

Overall:
I don't think i'll need to upgrade to anything else. most bass is recorded with DI, and this does that very well. if mine broke, i'd get another.
