Quality:
it hasnt broke yet.

Sound:
i just bought it not too long ago, but so far so good. i produce beats with a drum machine ive been using for a while along with the software that the m-box came with. then i add some turntablism to whatever i create. works like a charm with my mackie control universal. i never really do any live recording besides with my turntables so the two inputs works fine for me. i can see how others would need more though.

Support:
no need to call them yet, knock on wood.

Overall:
i imagine i'll use this thing until it breaks, or i all of a sudden switch to recording live bands.
