This is an all-in-one virtual instrument package. It comes with synths, effects, samplers and drum machines, but also you can produce complete music as long as you don't need to record real audio, like vocals or real guitars.

Sound:
Has a great sound but some Orkester samples could be more realistic, I've found better strings and brass as a Soundfonts!
