The DigiDelay pedal gives you loads of delay time, with up to 4 seconds of delay available. This is more than is found in many studio-quality, rack-mounted delay processors. And that's just the beginning! The DigiDelay also lets you select various delay types such as stereo ping pong and tape delay, and other phat delay sounds.

Feature:
a very attractive set of features.

Value:
Due to the hum issue, I think this should not be in same range as boss pedal. The price was a determining factor for me trying this pedal, as it had more useful features than similarly priced boss.

Desirability:
I am sending it back.

Sound:
The sounds of the delay are very impressive and useable. I especially liked the tape and modulated. It does generate a noticeable hum compared to a similar boss pedal, which made it unuseable in the effects loop. Using it before the preamp is better, and for non-micd situations is fine. Except for the tape setting, there is a clicking sound as you adjust the delay time, which is annoying, but only when you change the setting.

Overall:
I experimented with it for 3 hours. I really dug the sound of the effect, so I didn't want to toss it without giving it a fair shake.
