Feature:
Is what it is. Better padding than the Fender tweed; I have one of those as well.
Quality:
Much better than I thought it would be. The lining isn't the feaux marbled velvet that the Fenders have but the padding is thicker. This one is, in my opinion, superior.
Value:
Almost half of the price of the Fender.

Nice looking stand and very functional. It accommodates my Jackson King Vs well.
