REVIEWS Feature: separate tone and volume controls for each pickup. tune-o-matic bridge. non-locking tuners.
Quality: Quality is good, could be better. Some frets *slightly* protruded. Nut looks like it could be cut deeper.
Value: For $600 you get the ULTIMATE classic rock and blues guitar, that can also do country, jazz, and funk. And it's made in America AND it's a Gibson. GO USA!
Desirability: Definitely a sexy guitar. The doublecut and body shape remind me of a sexy babe!
Sound: Bridge is like a tele on steroids--except manly twang, not shreaky girly twang. Neck is silky smooth and purrs. Suitable for blues, rock, jazz, funk, and country.
Support: not applicable.
Overall: I've been playing guitar for 30 years. This and a custom Fender strat (which was 10 times the price of this guitar) are my favorite axes. This is the BEST guitar with P-90 pickups, bar none, at any price point.
