You must learn to deep edit on this unit, you can get any tone you want, from death metal to hilly billy redneck twang...but you need to take time to learn to use it, it is well worth the time and investment to learn to deep edit on whatever equipment you have.

Have not had any issues that needed support yet, but their website of product updating is awesome.
