ReviewsFeature: One light almost any color what else can you ask for here.
Quality: Not as bright as the color radio ones that just came out but those are in a whole different price range and can replace 1000 watt par cans. They feel like they are well built and solid, much better that normal par cans.
Value: pricier to get started with but since you don't need to keep buying $15-20 bulbs that should even that out.
Desirability: These things are great. We bought 8 and put them on 2 trees and it was plenty of light for our needs. I was a little worried about not being bright enough but that was not an issue. Probably would not work well in a bright room or outside but in a darkened ballroom or a bar they are perfect. Oh yeah I ran all 8 off of stage power, with par cans I would have needed one more 20a circuit for lights.
Sound: These don't make sound but do a good job of syncing to the beat.
Ease of Use: Dip switches are a pain but all DMX lights in this range use them.
Support: not needed as of yet
Overall: If you want an alternative to par cans these are the way to go. Very little current draw, brighter that I thought they would be and you can do a good looking light show with a lot less fixtures since these change color. Can't think of any downsides but we will see how they hold up to gigging 2-4 times a week for the next 9 months or so.
