ReviewsFeature: It's very compact. It does not interfere with playing, it's easy to change or remove, and it does not catch your shirt sleeves ,) (like kaiser's do, for instance).
Quality: Rubber pad is very durable. The only (kind of) weakness is the plastic slider tip, that wears of eventually - but you have to play A LOT!!! Mine is still holding up after five years of extensive use. You'll probably lose it during a gig sooner than you'll notice any wear...
Value: The price is kind of steep, but it's worth it.
Desirability: I'll buy another one, definitely.
Sound: It's basically all you need in a capo! Just great. I've been using this capo for five years now.
Support: No service was needed, and that's why it's a 10. Actually, the company has provided all the nesessary info on how to get this thing replaced, and it looks like they mean it.
