Quality:
Well, it's welded pretty well. And if you like rubber cushions that smell like they are made with a mixture of gasoline and crude oil and that melt the bottom of your brand-new Yamaha keyboard , make the stand stick to it, then fall off and break stuff in your house, then I guess you can rate it higher than a 2 yourself. To me, it's a psycho in sexy black dress. Ruined the bottom of my keyboard and put a great dent in our china cabinet.

I'm guessing the support I get with this will be great. I will call it "defective" and Zzounds will let me return it at no charge.
