ReviewsQuality: It stopped working after 3 months. Defective piano and still waiting for the Yamaha "warranty" to replace. Have been waiting 3 months so far. It was nice while it lasted.
Value: Was very disappointed in the piano breaking down. The instrument was not moved or damaged in any way. A rather expensive lesson in a defective product. Warranty is worth about the paper it is printed on. Should be priced at $19.95
Desirability: Not a very practical addition in that it does not work.
Sound: It was nice while it worked.
Support: I am still waiting for the Yamaha support. It has been three months so far with no real help at all. Yamaha wanted all receipts, paper work and registration. There still has been no help from Yamaha. Piano broke down after just three months of use. It stopped working mid-way in a routine program.
Overall: Defective in three months. Poor quality for a digital piano. Would avoid any additional purchases from Yamaha. Don't expect much from any warranty.
