There is a learning curve to the unit, but so what. It would really be great if it had some way of turning off a voice as needed.

Desirability:
This is the best harmonizer out there for the money in my opnion. It sounds awesome when set up right.
Sound:
I can't beleive from the other reviews that I own the same unit. This equioment works great. It has great sounding harmonies, however the trick is to wire in stereo. I have used the thing live many times and it works flawless.
Ease of Use:
It is very easy to get voices to work. The use of MIDI is the easeast and best way to use this product. Just MIDI plug into a keyboard and all your harmonies will follow the song.
Support:
Customer service, I have no problems so I don't know
