The MY16AT Mini-YGDAI Digital I/O card can be used with Yamaha's DM2000, 02R96, DM1000, 01V96VCM, 01V96 and future digital consoles to provide up to 16 channels of simultaneous ADAT-format (optical) I/O via a single expansion slot. All 16 channels can be used independently at sample rates up to 48-kHz, or the MY16AT card can be used for 'double channel' connection to 96-kHz recorders providing 8 channels of I/O at 88.2 or 96-kHz.

not much to add in the way od accessories as it IS an accesory in & of iself :) it provides two lightpipe ins & two lightpipe outs.

I own 2...they've been chugging along without a hiccup for 3 years now
